If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your new, unwashed, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please request a claim number by contacting us at returns@LittleOwlBaby.com or by calling us at 1.877.515.HOOT (4668).

All returns & exchanges must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt) and your claim number. We will not be able to accept returns without both of these items. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued in the same payment method as the purchase.
