Little Owl Warranty

We take pride in our workmanship and materials and stand by our products 100% when it is taken care of properly. The Little Owl warranty is good for 1 year from the date of original purchase. This is extended to the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase from the authorized dealer. Items typically covered include:

  • Snaps
  • Elastic
  • Waterproofing

The following can void your warranty:

  • Chlorine bleach
  • Oxygen bleach
  • Pure soap
  • Borax
  • Sanitize / High heat cycles
  • High heat in the dryer

Making a Claim:

The product should be mailed directly to Little Owl, Inc. and not returned to the retailer it was purchased from (unless, of course, that retailer was us). If you have a defect or diaper issue, please request a claim number by contacting us at warranty@LittleOwlBaby.com or by calling us at 1.877.515.HOOT (4668).

All defective products must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt) and your claim number. We will not be able to accept returns without these. The diapers must arrive clean, dry and stink free. If the diapers are received in any other condition they will will be returned at the customer's expense. If after carefully inspecting your properly cared for product and we find that it does have a defect, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Monetary refunds on defective products will not be given, rather we will repair or replace the item.

Any product that does not fall under our warranty or does not have a proof of purchase will be returned. Return shipping costs will only be covered by Little Owl, Inc. on defective items identified within 90 days of purchase. After such time shipping is the customer's responsibility.
